Friday 25th June

Welcome at the reception foyer of the race HQ Hotel

• 10.00 - 24.00 Administration check-in Hotel
• 10.00 - 24.00 Motorcycle Scrutineering / safety survival equipment & GPS technical checks in riders paddock
• 10.00.....  Parc ferme security for motorcycles (opposite entrance Hotel Ramada) is open from 10.00 until Thursday 1st July 12.00
  If motorcycle security is required overnight Thursday 13th - contact Red Bull Romaniacs staff at the Race HQ Hotel.
• 21:00 - Competitors briefing in conference room of Race HQ Hotel 

Prolog practice – Friday 25^th June

·        If the prolog obstacles are erected and completed before 17:00 on Friday 25^th June there will be a practice session available to test the obstacles on the prolog.

·        This is NOT a RACE, it is an opportunity to test your bike setup and test your prolog riding skills before the Saturday morning “Time trial qualification”.

·        It is voluntary practice session; you do not need to attend.

Please arrive and leave at the below times.

·       Pro Class & Trials class  :- 17:00 - 17:40

·       Expert Single         : - 17:40 - 18:00

·       Expert Team          : - 18:00 - 18:20

·       Hobby Single          : - 18:20 – 18:40

·       Hobby Team           : - 18:40 – 19:00

Prolog - Saturday 26th June

• 09:00 Prolog qualification time trial
• 14:00 Prolog race "Finals"
• Prolog Prize giving immediately after Prolog last race
  Winners must attend the press conference (in tent beside prize giving)
• 20:00 Competitors & service crew briefing on day 1 course at Hotel.

Offroad Day 1 - Sunday 27th June

• First competitor or team leaves Hotel Start :-
  05:35 Trial, 06:00 Pro, 06:26 Expert(s), 06:57 Hobby(s)
• Start and finish in Sibiu.
• 21.00 competitors & service crew briefing on day 2 course

Offroad Day 2 - Monday 28th June

• Start in Sibiu finish in Petrosani
• On day 2 go directly to the offroad start. (there is NO hotel start)  recomended time first competitor or team to leave Sibiu :-
  06:00 Trials, 06:30 Pro, 06:56 Expert(s), 07:27 Hobby(s)
• Competitors & Service crews/friend/helpers – who have accommodation package , all your personal belongings must be removed from your bedroom(s) in Sibiu.

The event Bivouac moves to Petrosani, competitors who inscribed with acommodation will be provided with bedrooms in the Race HQ Hotel.(first paid entry fees, get bedrooms in Race HQ) everybody else who paid for accommodation package will have bedrooms in the other hotels.

For those with have paid the “accommodation package” evening meal and breakfast will be provided at the Hotel Petrosani.

Offroad Day 3 - Tuesday 29^th June

• Start in Petrosani finish in Sibiu
• First competitor or team leaves Hotel start:-
  05:40 Trial, 06:00 Pro, 06:26 Expert(s), 06:57 Hobby(s)

Competitors & Service crews/friend/helpers – who have accommodation package , all your personal belongings must be removed from your bedroom in Petrosani.

On arrival in Sibiu those who have the accommodation package please go the “xventure accommodation desk” at the Race HQ Ramada Hotel to collect your hotel(s) bedroom keys.

Offroad Day 4 - Wednesday 30^th June

• Start and finish in Sibiu.
• First competitor or team leaves hotel start:-
