Spectator Point 1

"Magazin Tango" A steep downhill for all competitor classes, some great action to catch here.
Road description from Voineasa to Spectator Point
Drive South East out of Voineasa on road 7A. After 8 Kilometers turn right on road 701D direction Ciungetu. Stay on that road for 5 Kilometers until you reach the beginning of the village Ciungetu. On your right side the competitors will come down the hill.

Spectator Point 2
Name and what to see at Spectator Point
"Some went home" A very old single trail going up the ridge in the forest, long enough to take the breath away from most riders.
Road description from Voineasa to Spectator Point
Drive South East out of Voineasa on road 7A. After 8 kilometers you turn right on road 701D direction Ciungetu. Stay on that road for about 4 kilometers. Stay alert and look for a gravel road going in on the left side over a bridge, drive 500 meters on that road. THEN park your car. The climb is on your left side going up the ridge. Competitors will come down from the right side and cross the river. Hobby and Expert classes will continue in the valley while Pro competitors will make the climb.

Spectator Point 3
Name and what to see at Spectator Point
"The beast" (Sălişte country side, south) Long long rocky track going down a ridge ''for ever'', you will see some very tired competitors arriving at the bottom of the track, hike up 200-800 meters to see more action.

"The Service point", all competitors arrive here for a compulsory 20 minute break. They need to eat, drink and make service on their motorbikes before heading back onto the track.

"Salistea country side, north" Hobby class will right after the service point face a rocky traverse where they need to stay focused to not drop their motorcycles down the cliff.

"Salistea country side, north" Pro and Expert will after the service point get there blood pumping fast again on a rocky hill where some skills are needed for making it to the top.

Spectator Point 7
Name and what to see at Spectator Point
Pro class competitors are coming down a very steep rocky foot pass where a lot of focus is needed not to fall of the track, is nearly impossible mission to get back on the track.
Road description from Voineasa to Spectator Point
Drive south east out of Voineasa on road 7A. After 25 kilometers you will arrive to the village Săliştea where you find the Service point and other spectator points of interest. Continue another 2 Kilometers until you can make a left turn into Păscoaia valley. When you leave the main road 7A you will cross a bridge and go onto a gravel road that takes you into the valley, drive for about 2 Kilometers until you see signs. Riders will come down from the left(Spectator point 7) and go a few hundred meters on the gravel road before going up the mountain on the right side(Spectator point 8). Hike 2-300 meters up at both spectator points spots to see some action. Park clever, be very careful as riders will come fast on the gravel road.

Spectator Point 8
Name and what to see at Spectator Point
"Please no rain'' One of the hardest sections for the pro class competitors riders in the whole 2012 event. Its an unforgiving climb in the forest that is shifting from ''off camber traverses'' to ''tricky riding'' on edge of the ridge. Good luck to the competitors - lets hope it will not rain.

Drive south east out of Voineasa on road 7A. After 25 kilometers you will arrive to the village Săliştea where you find the Service point and other spectator points of interest. Continue another 2 Kilometers until you can make a left turn into Păscoaia valley.
