Registration and Inscription at the reception foyer of the Ramada race HQ Hotel

• 12.00 - 22.00 Motorcycle scrutineering / safety survival equipment checks in riders paddock. Handing in of your GPS at Ramada race HQ Hotel.
  
  
• Security for motorcycles is open from 22.00 Monday 11th June until 12.00 Monday 18th June

• Start and finish in Sibiu.
• 21.00 Competitors & service crew briefing on offroad day 2 course in conference room of Ramada race HQ Hotel.

Offroad Day 2 - Friday 15th June

• Start in Sibiu finish in 'Voineasa'
• Competitors & Service crews/friend/helpers – who have accommodation package, all your personal belongings must be removed from your bedroom(s) in Sibiu.

The event Bivouac moves to 'Voineasa', competitors who inscribed with acommodation will be provided with bedrooms in race HQ hotel(s) and provided with evening meal and breakfast.

(first paid entry fees, get bedrooms in Race HQ). Everybody else who paid for accommodation package will have bedrooms in other hotels.

• 21.00 competitors & service crew briefing on day 3 course in conference room of Voineasa race HQ hotel.

Offroad Day 3 - Saturday 16th June

• Start in 'Voineasa', finish in Sibiu

Competitors & Service crews/friend/helpers – who have accommodation package, all your personal belongings must be removed from your bedrooms.

On arrival in Sibiu those who have the accommodation package please go to the “Xventure accommodation desk” at the Ramada Race HQ Hotel to collect your hotel(s) bedroom keys.

Offroad Day 4 - Sunday 17^th June

• Start and finish in  Piata Mica Sibiu.

• 22.00 Party with competitors & service crew and organizing teams
• OFFICIAL Red Bull Romaniacs winner(s) prize giving at party
