Services and Entry Fee

A. Accommadation package:

• The participation fee is 1.480 Euro.

Includes:                     

1.  Welcome dinner

2.  6 days half-board in 2 to 4 star hotels

3.  Access to the Riders and the VIP lounge

4.  Petrol at all stops along the course (includes oil for 2 strokes)

5.  Red Bull energy drink and drinking water at all fuel points. 

6.  Daily noodle dish and a beer at the finish paddock

7.  GPS Tracks of the course for 4 days and important waypoints. 

8.  Topographic maps along the course

9.  Includes "Live minitracker rental" and "air time" for all competitors.

10.  Minimum 14 Rescue teams (ambulances, 4x4, ATV, motorcycles, helicopters)

11.  Approximately 7 course steward teams per day equipped with first aid kits, knowledge of the road and communication facility with the race management

12.  Broad media appearance through our Press Department and the large number of journalists, photographers and cameramen

13.  Daily reports on www.redbullromaniacs.com

14.  Daily news of all participants on www.redbullromaniacs.com

15.  Dispatch of news to regional media named by the participants.

17.  Own riders consultant

18.  Closing dinner and closing Party Party

NOTE!!
If you make a payment before the 15^th February 2013 you WIN a 50 Euro discount.

You can make 2 payments, 50% directly into our bank account and then the final 50% paid into our bank account before the 16^th May 2013.
 OR
If agreed in advance with Cristina Badiu cristinab@xventure.net we can allow you to make the final 50% payment in Euro currency (cash only) at the inscription at the Ramada Hotel on 30th June/1st July

B.  NON accommodation package

Same services as above but NO accommodation, breakfast or evening meals.

• The participation fee is 1.250 Euro for Pro, Expert, Hobby and trials classes
