The enduring rain of the last days and today made the track wet and
very slippery.
First two Pro riders Graham Jarvis and Chris Birch reach the
Servicepoint far behind schedule.
Jarvis passed Birch on the track, both witness that the conditions are
very exhausing, time and power consuming.
Some problems were caused by a barrier which let the waterlevel rise
pretty quick at the river Sadu. The riders have to cross this river
between CP2 and CP3. Only a small group of the first riders could pass
it before the water was to high. >>It took some time until the barrier
was closed again and the other riders were able to cross the river.
Jade Gutzeit, Letti and Taddy arrived about 1 hour behind leading
Graham Jarvis had some navigation issues and chrashed both pretty hard
also. Taddy has shoulder problems again, but he hopes that he can
finish.
Jade Gutzeit hopes that the track will be shortened that more riders
have a chance to finish.

 Riaan van Niekerk se pare ca se lupta cu motorul. Pe platoul de la Magura noi i-am oferit apa pentru radiator. Acum primim rapoarte despre un concurent din Africa de Sud care a abandonat din cauza defectiunilor la motor, dar aceasta informatie nu este confirmata inca. |

Echipa formata din Zdenek Cyprian (200) si Martin Volny (201) din Cehia este prima echipa pe care o vedem venind prin zona noroioasa dupa aproximativ cinci ore de mers pe motocicleta in aceasta zi grea si dificila. Si inca mai au o cale lunga... |

Aici incepe coborarea printr-o rapa foarte noroioasa. Graham Jarvis este primul care intra pe aceasta coborare urmat de Chris Birch. Totusi pe a treia pozitie vine si Lionel Seydoux. Powered by Husaberg

Taddy Blazusiak (POL) took a wrong track between the offroad start to the first check point. He's back in the race and he arrived at the check point 3 at 9:05 (GMT+3) in the same time with Gerhard Forster and Andreas Lettenbichler.

 Muntele magura este varful primei urcari de astazi. Pentru a ajunge in acest punct riderii trebuie sa se lupte cu "coastele diavolului " un prim test dificil cu radacini, pietre si in special astazi mult noroi. La aproximativ 1300 m riderii ajung pe platou unde au o sansa scurta sa-si traga respiratia. Primul care prinde aceasta oportunitate este Chris Birch, castigatorul prologului de ieri. |

Clasa Trial a fost prima care a pornit pe traseu in prima zi a celei de-a saptea editii a legendarului raliul Red Bull Romaniacs.
Foarte devreme intr-o dimineata gri si ploioasa, cei patru rideri s-au avantat in padurea carpatica aflata la aproximariv 13 km de Sibiu. Ploaia va face ziua mai dificila pentru toata lumea si le dorim riderilor o prima zi cat mai buna la cel mai greu raliu de extrem enduro de pe fata pamantului. |
