Marathon stage - WITH Romaniacs accommodation package

All event days: Mealtimes - WITH Romaniacs accommodation package

A) Competitors who registered WITH the accommodation package will be provided with hotel accommodation at the Marathon over night stay in Râmnicu Vâlcea.on Offroad day 2, Thursday July 25
Evening meal will be at the Ramada Hotel Scuarul Mircea cel Bătrân 2, Raminicu Valcea, breakfast at the overnight accommodation provided in Raminicu Valcea.

- Competitors MUST vacate the accommodation we have provided in Sibiu in the morning of Thursday July 25, Offroad day 2 removing all personal belongings and then checkout at the reception.
- If Competitors wish to retain the Sibiu accommodation they must email Crina Ujupan accommodation@xventure.net with Name(s), email(s), phone number(s), race class, race BiB number(s). Payment for this overnight accommodation is required

B) Competitor assistants whose accommodation was registered & paid for during the registration process can stay overnight in the provided accommodation in Sibiu on Thursday July 25 - Offroad day 2. Evening meal at the Ramada Hotel - Strada Cioran Emil Nr 2, Sibiu, with breakfast in the morning of Friday July 26 - Offroad day 3 at your Sibiu provided accommodation.

How do Competitors join the Marathon 'baggage holder' transfer service?
At the event inscription in the Ramada hotel Competitors will be be provided with a 'baggage holder and label' which can be used to contain the competitors mobile phone charger, evening clothes, footwear and jacket, personal toilet bag and any needed medicines and for Offroad day 3 a race shirt, trousers, socks & gloves.
There is no charge for our Competitor 'baggage holder' transport service from the Sibiu Aria competitor paddock and back from the Marathon Parc fermé motorcycle security park in Râmnicu Vâlcea.
Warning:  Only ONE baggage holder per competitor will be transported, NO tools, oils or mechanical parts, or sharp objects are permitted !   

In the evening of Offroad day 1 ,Wednesday July 24 before 22:00 Competitors can bring their Marathon baggage holder to the entrance of the Sibiu Aria competitor paddock.

on Offroad day 2, Thursday July 25, competitors must BEFORE their Aria competitor paddock start time drop off their baggage holder at the collection point at the entrance of the Sibiu ARIA competitor paddock

Competitors will collect their baggage holder from the Marathon stage Parc fermé security park in Râmnicu Vâlcea.
Note: any baggage holders without a badge label will not be transported.

On Offroad day 3, Friday July 26
- For accommodation that is more than easy walking distance away, a transport shuttle service will be provided to the Parc ferme security park.
- Competitors MUST bring their baggage holder to the collection point at the Parc fermé motorcycle security park
- Competitors baggage holders will be transported back to the Sibiu Aria competitor paddock.  The Baggage must be collected before 22:00.
Advisory: Any baggage holders not collected by Saturday morning July 27, the contents will be donated to the Enduro for Romania social projects.
