Marathon stage - WITHOUT Romaniacs accommodation package

For Competitors who DID NOT request a Romaniacs accommodation package during the Romaniacs Registration

For the Marathon overnight stay on Offroad day 2, Thursday July 24 outside Sibiu in the town of Râmnicu Vâlcea, we can assist competitors by organising overnight Hotel accommodation and breakfast close to the Parc fermé for COMPETITORS who DID NOT request nor pay for a Romaniacs accommodation package during the event registration. 
Payment for this overnight hotel sleeping accommodation is required, Email Crina Ujupan at accommodation@xventure.net with:
Name(s), email(s), phone number(s), race class, race number(s) (BiB)
Provide all the names of other competitors if you wish to share a hotel bedroom and accommodation location.
Advisory: Accommodation in Râmnicu Vâlcea and close to the Marathon Parc fermé motorcycle security park in the JULY holiday period is very limited.
 Competitors WITHOUT overnight accommodation MUST organise this NOW and BEFORE they arrive in Sibiu.

How do Competitors join the Marathon 'baggage holder' transfer service?
At the event inscription in the Ramada hotel, Sibiu Competitors will be be provided with a 'baggage holder and label' which can be used to contain the competitors mobile phone charger, evening clothes, footwear and jacket, personal toilet bag and any needed medicines and for Offroad day 3, a race shirt, trousers, socks & gloves.
There is no charge for our Competitor 'baggage holder' transport service from the Sibiu Aria competitor paddock and back from the Marathon Parc fermé motorcycle security park. 
Warning: Only ONE baggage holder per competitor will be transported, NO tools, oils or mechanical parts, or sharp objects are permitted !   

In the evening of Offroad day 1 ,Wednesday July 23 before 22:00 Competitors MUST bring their Marathon baggage holder to the entrance of the Sibiu Aria competitor paddock.

Competitors will collect their baggage holder from the Marathon stage Parc fermé in Râmnicu Vâlcea 
Note: any baggage holders without a badge label will not be transported.

On Offroad day 3, Friday July 25
Baggage holder drop off, GPS Hand-out, Competitor motorcycles collection, are ALL are at the entrance of the Parc fermé motorcycle security park
- Competitors must BEFORE their Day 3 Parc fermé START time bring their baggage holder to the collection point at entrance of the Parc fermé security park in Râmnicu Vâlcea.
- Competitors baggage holders will be transported back to the Sibiu Aria competitor paddock 
- The Baggage must be collected from the Sibiu Competitor paddock before 22:00.
Advisory: Any baggage holders not collected by Saturday morning July 26, the contents will be donated to the Enduro for Romania social projects.
