The Red Bull Romaniacs Official Bike rental and Racing Service

Do you want to fully concentrate on the race and not worry about repairing your bike or about organizing everything? THEN CHECK US OUT!

MOTORCYCLE RENTAL:
- Brand new KTM models from production year 2023, 2024 all 300 EXC TPI
- Rental price covers the provision for the motorcycle with a full tank of petrol and normal wear and tear on the bike.
- Rental Period is from Sunday to Saturday.
- Additional rental days are possible on request.

Rental price includes:
Original setup
Fan kit
Skid plate
Handguards (closed version)
Full fuel tank
Road traffic registration and insurance
New tyres and mousses are NOT included.

ADMINISTRATIVE AND ORGANIZATIONAL SERVICE:
Our race service manager Eva has been helping many competitors in the past year at several Hard Enduro Competition with race service, nutrition plans, training plans.
There will be a meeting before the race where Eva and her team will give you race advice and explain the schedule for the race week.

Help with online registration process (which class to choose etc.)
Help with Hotel reservation
Contact us any time before and during the race for any needing or questions
Airport transfer from and to Sibiu Airport (also other Airports on request)
Meeting with race service manager and mechanics before the race to discuss about several topics
Personal support at registration process in Ramada Hotel on Sunday or Monday
Romanian SIM Card assistance
WIFI at paddock
Whats app group with important information
We can keep in contact with your wife or kids while you race and keep them up to date
GPS pick up before each Offroad Day Start
Professional race advice (how much water to drink, nutrition, tops and tricks from the those thet know the Romanian wilderness and Romaniacs the best) etc.)
Umbrella girl will be there for you at the line up at the Prolog and at each Offroad Start
Small tour at the Red Bull Romaniacs HEADQUARTER and meeting the organizers

BIKE SERVICE:
- Our technical engineers will have a meeting with you before the race to talk about the bike set up and service.
- Some of our technical engineers have been working for the Red Bull KTM Factory Racing Team and the official KTM ISDE Racing Service and have many years of experience in the Motorsport industry
- We’ll have a tent set up in the paddock, where you can come to anytime to just hang out, have a drink, talk to your mechanic etc.

If new bike parts will have to be bought, we will make you an invoice with the parts we had to buy.

Bike wash after each offroad race day
Bring your own parts if you wish, we can mount them on (no motor tuning)
Bike testing before the race (adjusting suspensions etc.)
GPS Training before registration
Bike service after each race day (changing filter, oil etc. whatever is needed)

SERVICE AT SERVICE POINT:
- Once per Offroad Day you’ll have to stop at the Service Point where our engineers will take care of the bike service and where our team will take care of you.

Bike service by our mechanics
Warm food (Pasta), organic fruits, nuts, snacks, energy bars, coffee, cold drinks etc. will be provided
Our crew will always be situated right at the entry of the Service Point and will be easy to find so no need to search for us!
Give us a bag with clothes, boots, goggles, energy bars etc. that we should bring to Service Point
Friendly girls will be there to assist you with filling up your camelback, cleaning your helmet while you can sit down in a comfortable chair
We will show you your live timing and your current standing
We’ll provide wet towels so you can clean yourself a bit and cool down
We will supply 100% goggles for you to change at Service Point if needed
