2025 marked a special moment in the Red Bull Romaniacs story. While the event remains the world’s toughest hard enduro rallye, this year also opened the door for a new wave of riders to experience the Carpathians: the Ultimate and Lite Adventure Bike Classes. 

To celebrate their successful debut, we proudly present “Adventure Unleashed”, a 25-minute highlight movie capturing the most exciting, emotional, and inspiring scenes of the adventure bike community taking on the Romaniacs’ breathtaking playground.

 

A New Way to Experience Romaniacs Without Changing Its DNA

Hard enduro remains the backbone of Red Bull Romaniacs, and the Gold, Silver, Bronze, Iron, and Atom classes continue to define the event’s legendary toughness.

The introduction of the Ultimate and Lite Adventure Classes wasn’t created to alter that identity but to give a different category of rider access to the spirit of Romaniacs: Multi-day off-road endurance, navigation and exploration, the Carpathian wilderness, community, challenge, and Red Bull Romaniacs competitor victory.
 

The 2025 ADV participants brought big bikes, big enthusiasm, and big energy to the mountains and the movie reveals just how spectacular their journey was.

 

Inside the 2025 Ultimate & Lite Classes

The two classes were designed to welcome a broad range of adventure riders:

ULTIMATE CLASS

For advanced and highly capable big-bike riders seeking long, demanding stages and more technically challenging terrain.

LITE CLASS

For riders wanting the Romaniacs feeling with less intensity, more approachability, and an emphasis on flow, endurance, and adventure.

Both groups delivered unforgettable moments, sweeping ridge lines, forest climbs, and the unmistakable spirit that connects every Romaniacs participant, no matter the motorcycle they ride.

After the huge success of the adventure classes in 2025 and strong feedback from riders wanting a middle ground, 2026 brings something new: the CORE Class.

CORE is designed as the balanced, natural next step:

CORE CLASS. The Sweet Spot for Growing Adventure Riders

  • More challenging than Lite
     
  • More accessible and less demanding than Ultimate
     
  • Designed for riders who want progression, technical variety, and confidence-building challenges
     
  • Built to reflect what riders asked for: “Give us more.”
     

Together, ULTIMATE, CORE, and LITE now form a complete progression system for adventure bikes inside Romaniacs, without compromising the event’s world-renowned hard enduro identity.
