Red Bull Romaniacs hard enduro rallye UNSTOPPABLE Edition 23 Terms of participation for accreditated 'Media competitors' - On Board camera use
All rights to any video footage taken during the 2026 Red Bull Romaniacs event belong to the event organisers and Red Bull GmbH.
By being approved to use a personal onboard camera, a ‘Media competitor' renounces to all personal rights of material filmed with whatever type of camera during the 2026 Red Bull Romaniacs and agrees that all the edited versions of the material filmed also have the following legal restrictions: 1. All video footage taken during the event must be uploaded by the ‘Media competitor' into the provided location before August 30. 2026 2. Edited versions can be used for personal use, sponsors and partners, social media platforms and websites. 3. None of the footage may be given to another media channel without obtaining prior written permission from the right holders, the organiser or Red Bull. 4. Onboard ‘Media Competitors’ agree that they may not sell or receive any financial gain from their footage 5. Onboard ‘Media Competitors’ agree that any of the content obtained during the event belongs to the organisers and may be used at their discretion. 6. Onboard ‘Media competitors’ are prohibited to publish any footage that contains the following: - ANIMALS - Farm, domestic or wild animals in distress or being disturbed by motorcycles. Scenic views of the countryside with animals are permitted but not animals and motorcycles together. - WATER - Motorcycles in water, any water/river crossings or any water splash scenes, bikes stranded in water. - Injured competitors, competitors in any form of distress. - Bottlenecks with competitors potentially getting hurt. - Disgruntled competitors, competitors complaining or unhappy. - Meadows or grasslands with motorcycles riding on untracked land. Official tracks are allowed but not virgin grass. - Fuel or tank points - no fuel images may be shown. - Any images of spectators too close to competitors or motorcycles. - Damage caused to the land or environment by motorcycles.

Pre-approved onboard camera competitors will be met by Susan Mould, Red Bull Romaniacs Media, at a pre-arranged time, they will sign and have witnessed the ‘Terms of Participation Contract - Onboard camera’. A 1000 Euro security bond will be processed at the Media inscription in the Hotel Ramada. Media competitors must provide their bank information in order to organise the refunding of the security bond. Refunds will only be processed if the video footage has been uploaded to the provided location before August 30. 2026. Media competitors will be issued with a sticker for the front of their motorcycle.
If there are any infringements of the ‘Terms of Participation Contract - Onboard camera’ then the 1000 Euros will not be refunded and will be donated to our charity project Enduro for Romania.
Failure to abide by these legal terms and conditions for Media competitors - On board camera use, will result in: - Immediate disqualification as an event participant. - Loss of the 1000 Euro security bond, which in turn will be donated to the charity project - Enduro for Romania. - Potential further monetary fines, financial penalties. - Potential legal action from Red Bull Romaniacs and/or the event main sponsors Red Bull GmbH.
Note:- Any non accredited competitors found using an Onboard personal camera without express permission will be immediately disqualified from the competition.
General Liability I understand that my participation involves a degree of risk. However, I confirm that neither the organisers of the event nor Red Bull GmbH (“Red Bull”) nor any of its related companies are to be blamed if I get injured. I am in possession of a valid personal liability insurance that covers my participation. If I cause damage to anyone else or their property, I will take the blame and I will make sure that the organisers, Red Bull GmbH or any of its related companies will not incur any damage in this regard.
I agree to comply with the organisers rules of competition and safety for my own good and everybody else’s. I have checked my equipment which is in good working order, properly maintained and suitable for the event and I am aware that I will only be allowed to take part after reading and understanding the event regulations and participating at every day's competitor briefing. My participation may at any time be refused by the organisers or Red Bull.
The event organisers Red Bull or such third parties as it may authorise from time to time will be entitled to capture and use audio recordings, video recordings and photographs from the Event and to use my name, image, voice, appearance, performance and biographical material for any purpose (be it commercial, promotional or otherwise) in all media, forever. The event organisers and Red Bull will be enabled to use, broadcast, screen, display, reproduce and/or make available to the public the material in any and all media, including but not limited to radio, television, cinemas, events, data carriers and the worldwide web. The event organisers and Red Bull will be entitled to make any alterations, intermissions, cuts or other modification in and to the material and to use such altered material without restrictions, also including onboard filmed materials by the participants which rights also are granted to the organisers and Red Bull. Furthermore, the organisers and Red Bull are allowed to transfer the granted rights to any third party. I know that I do not have the right to approve any of the material. I understand that I might not be named as a participant in the Event and do not expect to gain financially from my appearance in any Event related material.
I understand that as a competitor of Red Bull Romaniacs I need to expect to find 'traffic' or unexpected obstacles or dangerous sections on the entire race route. Unexpected obstacles or dangerous sections can be caused, but not limited to, terrain alternation, weather changes, floods, rising water levels or rain. 'Traffic' can be people, farm animals, domestic pets, wild animals, spectators, and all types of motor vehicles. It is my responsibility as a competitor to ensure that I am driving with due care and attention to avoid any possible collisions. It is my responsibility to adjust my speed to the difficulty and characteristics of the terrain and or racetrack and I might even have to walk my bike if riding seems to be of a high risk. I confirm I will take the full responsibility of my life and my health if I decide to continue the race when the conditions are not suited for racing because of critical conditions such as lightning, flooding, or similar danger.
I agree to these Terms of participation. By participating in this event, I agree that my personal data processed in the course of this event can be used by the organisers for the purpose of the event.
