COMPETITORS who DID NOT request nor pay for a Romaniacs accommodation package during the event registration. 

For the '2 accommodation nights' on Offroad day 1-Wednesday July 29, Offroad day 2-Thursday July 30 we can assist competitors by organising overnight accommodation evening meal and breakfast.
Additional Payment for this is required, Email Crina Ujupan at accommodation@xventure.net with:
Name(s), email(s), phone number(s), race class, race number(s) (BiB)
Provide all the names of other competitors if you wish to share a bedroom and accommodation location.

Advisory: Accommodation close to the ''2 nights overnight accommodation' in the JULY holiday period is very limited.
 Competitors WITHOUT overnight accommodation SHOULD organise this NOW and BEFORE they arrive in Sibiu.
