I understand that my participation involves a degree of risk. However, I confirm that neither the event organisers section 6 Register to race in 2026 nor the main event sponsor Red Bull GmbH ("Red Bull") nor any of it's related companies are to be blamed if I get injured. I am in possession of a valid personal liability insurance that covers my participation.
If I cause damage to anyone else or their property, I will take the blame and I will make sure that the organisers nor main event sponsors Red Bull GmbH or any of it's related companies will not incur any damage in this regard.
I am aware that being near or on the “Red Bull Romaniacs” tracks can be dangerous. It is entirely my personal reponsibility to supply and wear appropriate clothing to protect myself, this can include boots, safety helmet, hi-visibility clothing, eye protection, gloves. Helping competitors on the track Romaniacs event Regulations 3.08 Assisting competitors on the track - A 15 minute time penalty will be applied to any competitor being physically assisted to aid their track progress by assistants, service crews, supporters, family, friends, fans or Media on ANY part of the race track. It is the Competitors reponsibility to STOP people from assisting! Competitors may be assisted only by ''OFFICIAL Romaniacs track staff'' who will be available to advice competitors at the toughest and most difficult sections. - Competitors can assist each other - ONLY when by doing so it keeps the race track from being blocked. - Competitors making a competative time advantages by repetitively assisting each other during the event will get time penalties. Media is there to report on the action happening, not to be involved in it ! I understand that as a Media participant of Red Bull Romaniacs I need to expect to find 'traffic' or unexpected obstacles or dangerous sections on the entire race route. 'Traffic' can be people, farm animals, domestic pets, wild animals, spectators, and all types of motor vehicles. It is my responsibility as a Media participant to ensure that I am driving with due care and attention to avoid any possible collisions. It is my responsibility to adjust my speed to the difficulty and characteristic of the terrain and or racetrack. If riding a motorcycle - I must walk my motorcycle if riding it is a higher risk. I therefore, agree NOT to take any unnecessary risks IF on or near the racetrack. I will take special care when near, when entering and viewing any part of the racetrack. I will not put myself into areas where there is a danger from falling rocks, motorcycles, competitors, or terrain I agree to stick to Romanian traffic rules and will drive ONLY at 'walking speed'' when driving in Service points, Competitor paddocks and Offroad finish areas. I agree to these terms of participation. By participating in this event I agree that my personal data processed in the Media Accreditation form can be used by the organisers for the purpose of the event. My participation may at any time be refused by the organisers. I agree to receive from the Romaniacs media team Press release emails
